1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and 1winn concerning your access to the website and all services made available through it. References to “you”, “your”, or “player” mean the registered user. References to “we”, “our”, “us”, or “platform” mean 1winn.

You accept this agreement when you register an account, access a real-money product, make an MYR deposit, claim a promotion, or place a wager. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must not use 1winn. Continued use after a notified amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised provisions.

2Account Eligibility

3Registration, Security, and Verification

All registration details must be complete, current, and accurate. You must keep your username, password, security codes, and device access confidential. Activity completed through your 1winn credentials may be treated as authorised unless you promptly report suspected compromise.

1winn may request identity verification at registration, before a withdrawal, following a payment review, or whenever required for anti-fraud and compliance purposes. Requested evidence may include a valid MyKad, driving licence, passport, recent proof of address, payment ownership evidence, and a selfie holding identification.

Failure to provide satisfactory documents may result in limits, suspension, delayed withdrawal, or account closure. Documents must not be altered, misleading, expired, or submitted on behalf of another person.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits must originate from a payment account that you lawfully own or control. Subject to availability, 1winn may support MYR transactions through Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and selected digital assets such as BTC or USDT.

Payment options, minimum amounts, processing periods, and transaction limits may vary. You must review the displayed information before confirming a transaction. 1winn is not responsible for charges imposed independently by your bank, e-wallet provider, telecommunications provider, or blockchain network.

A deposit does not guarantee winnings and must not be made with borrowed funds or money required for household expenses. 1winn may reject, reverse, or investigate a transaction that appears unauthorised, fraudulent, duplicated, or inconsistent with your verified details.

5Bonuses and Promotions

Promotions offered by 1winn may be subject to separate rules concerning eligibility, qualifying deposits, minimum odds, game contribution, wagering requirements, maximum bet size, expiry, and maximum cash-out. Those promotion-specific rules form part of this agreement.

A wagering requirement of X10, for example, generally means that the relevant qualifying balance must be wagered ten times before withdrawal. If a player receives an RM100 qualifying bonus with X10 wagering, the required turnover is normally RM1,000, subject to eligible game contribution.

1winn may withhold or remove a promotion where there is reasonable evidence of duplicate accounts, coordinated betting, low-risk bonus manipulation, opposite wagering, payment abuse, or any attempt to obtain an unintended advantage. Promotional decisions will be based on account records and the applicable offer rules.

6Sports Betting and Game Rules

Every wager is governed by the rules displayed for the relevant game, event, or market. This includes bets on EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC events, international football, live football, casino tables, slots, and instant games available through 1winn.

You are responsible for checking the selected event, odds, stake, market, and potential return before confirming a wager. Once accepted, a bet generally cannot be cancelled solely because the player made an error. 1winn may void or correct a wager affected by an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, incorrect participant, duplicate market, or demonstrably incorrect settlement data.

Event settlement relies on recognised official results and the relevant market rules. Post-event disciplinary changes, appeals, or amended statistics may not affect settlement unless the applicable rules expressly state otherwise.

7Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, payment ownership checks, completed bonus conditions, account limits, fraud controls, and confirmation that the account remains in good standing. Where reasonably possible, 1winn may return funds through the same method used to deposit.

E-wallet requests may be processed more quickly than ordinary bank transfers, but no processing period is guaranteed. A withdrawal may take longer where information is incomplete, a public holiday affects Malaysian banking channels, the recipient details are incorrect, or enhanced verification is required.

You must not use 1winn as a money-transfer service. A deposit may need to be wagered in accordance with displayed anti-money-laundering requirements before withdrawal. Any withdrawal limit shown in the account area applies at the time the request is submitted.

8Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

You must not use 1winn to engage in unlawful, deceptive, or abusive conduct. Prohibited behaviour includes:

• Creating duplicate accounts or allowing another person to control your account;
• Using stolen payment details, false documents, automated tools, bots, or unauthorised software;
• Exploiting a technical fault, delayed data feed, manifest pricing error, or game malfunction;
• Colluding with another player or coordinating bets to manipulate a market or promotion;
• Threatening support staff, disrupting platform services, or attempting unauthorised access.

If 1winn reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it may restrict the account, investigate activity, void affected bets, remove improperly obtained benefits, request documents, or close the account. Legitimate balances will be handled according to applicable compliance obligations and investigation outcomes.

9Responsible Gambling

1winn is an adult entertainment service and is not a financial product, investment, or source of guaranteed income. You should set affordable spending and time limits before playing, avoid chasing losses, and never gamble using borrowed money.

Eligible players may request deposit limits, a cooling-off period, or self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, you must not attempt to create another account or bypass restrictions. 1winn may also apply protective controls where account activity raises reasonable concerns about player welfare.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1winn will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service interruption, unauthorised access caused by a player's failure to secure credentials, or decisions made using incomplete event information.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Game malfunction may void affected play, and account records maintained by 1winn will be relevant when resolving transaction or settlement disputes.

12Suspension, Closure, and Amendments

You may request account closure at any time, subject to pending bets, verification, withdrawals, investigations, and legal retention duties. 1winn may suspend or close an account following a material breach, security concern, legal requirement, prolonged inactivity, or evidence that continued access presents a player-protection risk.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated to reflect legal, operational, payment, product, or security changes. Material revisions may be communicated through the platform. The current version published on this page takes effect from the stated date, and continued use of 1winn indicates acceptance.

13Complaints and Contact
